Tanoli Digital Agency ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or buy a service, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details — your name and WhatsApp/phone number when you message us, and your email if you write to us.
- Order details — the service you ordered, your public TikTok/social username, payment reference and delivery screenshots.
- Website data — basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and deliver the services you ordered.
- To send order confirmations, delivery proof and support messages on WhatsApp.
- To keep basic business records required by law.
We only send marketing messages on WhatsApp to customers who have messaged us first or opted in, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
3. What we never ask for
We never ask for your TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or email passwords, bank PINs or one-time codes (OTP). If anyone asks for these in our name, do not share them and report it to us.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers needed to run our business (for example WhatsApp/Meta for messaging, payment providers such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa or banks) and when required by law.
5. Retention & security
Order records are kept for as long as needed for support and accounting, then deleted. Access is limited to our team and protected by two-step verification.
