These terms apply to all services ordered from Tanoli Digital Agency through our website, WhatsApp or social media. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide digital marketing services such as video promotion planning, live-streaming setup and support, social media marketing, branding and design, and WhatsApp Business setup. The exact scope, price and delivery time of each order are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before payment.

2. Orders & payment

• Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment is made in advance by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer to the account we share on WhatsApp — never to any other number.
• An order starts after payment is received and confirmed with an order code (for example P4, P7).

3. Delivery

Typical delivery times are stated for each package. Delivery is confirmed with screenshots or a written summary. Delays caused by platform outages, policy reviews or missing information from the customer extend the delivery time accordingly.

4. Platform rules

We work within the community guidelines of TikTok, Meta and other platforms. We do not use bots, fake accounts, stolen accounts or any method that violates platform rules. Results depend on your content and on the platforms' algorithms; we do not guarantee specific view, follower or sales numbers unless stated in writing.

5. Customer responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the accounts you ask us to work on, and that your content does not break any law or platform rule. Keep your passwords private — we will never ask for them.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms on your account.
